GetPlumb customers are entitled to cancel their ccontract if they would like to within 14 days from the date of delivery. The goods have to be unused, in original packaging in like new condition. We will attempt to make refunds within 14 days following the cancellation date.
Returns beyond 14 days are at the discretion of GetPlumb. Please contact us at online@getplumb.co.uk to see if its feasible to return your order beyond 14 days.
How to Return Goods?
1 - Please contact us no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods by emailing to online@getplumb.co.uk or by calling 0118 958 8882. Please include picture of the goods in original packaging.
2 - We will then email you a returns note, which you may print and leave it in the outer packaging of your return courier. If you do not have access to a printer just write down the returns note number on a piece of paper put it in the outer packaging of your return courier. Using a responsible courier or pallet service with sufficient insurance to cover the value of goods send the goods to
